Jeffrey Chou, OD
Dr. Jeffrey Chou, a distinguished Illinois College of Optometry alumnus, embodies the modern eye care specialist at Westmont Optometry. His proficiency in comprehensive optometry, glaucoma management, and retinal imaging, enriched by his clinical trial experience, positions him at the forefront of optometric progress. His clinical work at the Illinois Eye Institute, VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Narrows Institute for Biomedical Research, and Wenzhou Medical College, adds depth to his expertise. Leika Ilagan, OD
Dr. Leika Ilagan received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her clinical training in a variety of settings, including a private practice, an army base clinic, and two Veterans Affairs hospitals. Dr. Ilagan is originally from the Bay Area, but has been living in Southern California since 2010. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling with her husband.
